Senior guard Denzel Valentine, from Lansing, is the only player to rank in the Top 15 in the Big Ten in scoring, rebounding and assists in 2014-15.
Valentine has two career triple-doubles, which is the third most in MSU history behind Draymond Green with three and Earvin "Magic" Johnson with eight.
His father Carlton was a four-year letter winner at MSU from 1985-88. His brother Drew played basketball at Oakland University. He is currently an assistant coach there.
