Senior forward Matt Costello, from Linwood, Mich., ranks fourth in MSU career blocks with a 132. He is 10 behind Branden Dawson for the most in MSU history.
Costello is known for his quirky celebrations. His bear hug with Tom Izzo during the game against Maryland on Jan. 23 and his high step dance after a victory against Florida on Dec. 12, 2015 went viral.
Costello is the only Spartan to have started in all 23 games this season and averages approximately 22 minutes per game.
