Senior guard Bryn Forbes, from Lansing, entered this season having made a 3-pointer in 92 of 103 career games.
He played his first two years at Cleveland State University and then transferred to MSU in 2014.
Forbes played high school at Sexton High School and was coached by Carlton Valentine, Denzel Valentine's father. Forbes and Denzel Valentine played on the same high school team.
